Howick & St Heliers Academy of Judo has been proudly running for over 50 years! We take students of all ages and abilities from 5 years old and above at our two locations. As well as learning the skills and techniques of Judo, students develop self-esteem, self-discipline, overcoming shyness, fitness, coordination, and flexibility. Our classes are done in a safe environment with all instructors having New Zealand coaching certification. Feel free to come and give it a try!
